Sketch design and planning application for a Grade 1 listed John Nash terrace house overlooking Regents Park in central London. The design included introducing a subterranean pool and leisure facilities below the listed 1820’s building fabric and internal reconfiguration of the existing lower ground level. A two storey high frameless glass extension housing a new breakfast room was designed to float upon the existing structure so as not to affect its heritage value. (Under construction)
