Villa elandra
Saint Tropez, France
Conversion of two run-down apartments into a luxury holiday villa overlooking the Mediterranean at La Croix Valmer near St Tropez. The project involved completely gutting the building to reconfigure the internal spaces and create new rooms. An internal staircase was formed, along with five ensuite bedrooms, a generous kitchen, living rooms and a mini cinema room. French doors and windows were added to create light and bright rooms opening to the outdoors, ideal for summer holiday living. A swimming pool and outdoor living areas were also added to complete the transformation.
